Mark and Kathy Falk

Pledge to Clients: My team’s commitment to our clients is to help smoothly guide them through their real estate transaction. Professional Experience: I have been a real estate broker since 2005, all in the state of Washington. I bring years of experience in education and coaching as a school counselor and basketball coach at the elementary through college levels. Prior to that I’ve worked in retail sales and customer service and involved in management and management training. Kathy, my wife and licensed assistant, has years of experience both as a flight attendant and running her own home-based business. Kathy and I have been invested in the Puget Sound area for nearly 40 years, starting as students at Pacific Lutheran University and establishing ourselves as members of the community as homeowners, investors in real estate and best of all, parents of our awesome kids, JP and Leah. 

Education: Pacific Lutheran University – Bachelors of Business Administration – Marketing and Advertising, Pacific Lutheran University – Master of Education – Educational, Psychology – School Counseling 

Outside Interests: Spending time with family and friends, watching sports, walking the dog and a bit of binge-watching a favorite recommended series! 

Personal Information: I was born in the great state of Minnesota. Grew up in Reardan, a small town in the wheat fields of Eastern Washington. My dad was a Lutheran pastor and my mom a housewife and school counselor. Kathy and I married in 1987 and except for 2 years in San Francisco, have lived in Tacoma since 1980.
