As a lifelong Pierce County resident, I love living and thriving here. My passion for real estate began long before my 1st home purchase in 1997. For fun I used to help friends identify homes that fit their criteria by going to Open Houses. I became so good at sizing up homes that I was able to guess the listing price before looking at the paper flyer! That was when I realized that I should stop working for free. I got my real estate license in 2018 and feel as though I have been on a joyride ever since! I continue to study the market and have real estate conversations with any and all (just ask my family). Prior to real estate, I spent 34 years in the hospitality and restaurant management industry. This is where I honed my skills of problem solving, negotiating, and providing excellent care.
