Summer Wilborn

Summer Wilborn is the owner and designated broker for Better Properties North Proctor, the oldest standing real estate office in Proctor and the only large (over 100 brokers) real estate brokerage in Pierce County to be woman-owned and run. As the daughter of a local contractor and granddaughter of a local developer, real estate is in her genes. After 12 years in education, she returned to her real estate roots in 2010. Summer joined Better Properties as a broker and quickly moved into the role of Designated Broker. She and her husband, Deric, opened a property management company in 2015, which he operates, while Summer, after working alongside the previous owner for 5 years, acquired Better Properties N. Proctor. Summer’s philosophy is “your success is the measure of my success” and works diligently supporting her brokers and ensuring they have all the tools to achieve the level of personal success which they are striving towards. Supporting the community through being a member of the district board to organizing fundraisers or volunteering wherever needed, is proof of her commitment to the community and resolve to make a difference.
